Seeking the Light Within?

Quakers have been meeting for worship in Reading, Berkshire, UK for three hundred and fifty years.

Each week at 10.30 on Sunday members and visitors, children and adults, meet for silent worship at our Meeting House in the centre of Reading. Children are welcomed and separate activities for different age groups are available.

If you'd like to experience Quaker worship, or think this might be the place to pursue your spiritual journey, please just come on Sunday, or if you prefer contact us.

• Quakers in Britain worship in silence, unless individuals feel led by the Spirit to minister.
• We have no common creed, but believe that there is that of God in everyone.
• We value practical action to make a better world, in areas like alternatives to violence, peace, social justice and responsible management of world resources.
